more walls

today i went back in the morning, and built the second wall. joe & i went back after supper and put the walls into place... mmm progress:)

Working on the walls

Last night I pre-cut all the boards for the walls out in the garage. Took 'em back today in Jacob's explorer. Now  it's all a matter of nailing them together, and raising them up.. Got one wall ready to be raised today.

Floor all finished

Went back today, very early in the morning. Put insulation between the floor joists and vapor barrier on top. Then nailed on 2 layers of 7/16 OSB for a very strong floor! The layers run opposite to each other for strength

Small Update - June 1 /11

Today was back for a few hours and finished off stapling landscape cloth on the bottom of the trusses, and nailed on the boards for the outside of the frame. It's very solid and heavy now, with the double frame and the double center beam, made from 2x8's.
